Well, that was quite a snowstorm. We already had several inches on the ground when the weekend’s foot of snowfall hit. This is the most snow I’ve experienced since moving to Chicago in 2015. I now live in the suburb of Skokie, where we saw some nice accumulation. I’m sharing my photos of the weekend Chicago snowstorm.
Our birdhouse was blanketed with snow! Snow from our roof also fell onto our balcony.

We made the smart decision to finally purchase a snow blower before the Chicago snowstorm. We had to use it several times over the weekend to clear our driveway and walkways as the snow kept dumping. It was the first time I’ve ever used a snow blower!

I could not imagine having to shovel this much snow. It would have been exhausting!

I find this exciting because I am an Arizonan who never really experienced snow until I was a teenager. Did you have a snowstorm where you live?
