A recent lunch at Food Truck Friday has me obsessed with the Luncha Libre food truck. I never expected to find such delicious gourmet food prepared in a truck! And it’s fun to order too, with a lucha libre (Mexican wrestling) theme and fun drinks to accompany the food.
Craving a tasty and filling lunch? Follow Luncha Libre on Twitter to find out where the truck will be. On the day I wanted lunch, it was at Urban Cookies on Seventh Street and Camelback Road.

I would recommend Food Truck Friday and this truck in particular, but if you’re looking for a shorter line, follow the truck elsewhere. Next time I will try their drinks, which are served in cute mason jars. Happy eating!
