It’s no secret I love bath bombs as part of my self-care. I recently shared my review of several popular Lush bath bombs, and I’m following up with another round. I have now tried several more Lush Cosmetics bath bombs and I want to share my experience with each. I hope this helps when choosing your next bath bomb or gift to a love one.
Black Rose ($8.95): This black and orange bath bomb was sparkly and intriguing to me. I wondered what the bath water would look like. The water fizzled into a black bath that smelled of rose and lemon. It had hints of pink/purple. I would not purchase this again, though, because it left black stains on my body and the tub. The cleanup was not worth it.
Santa’s Workshop ($7.95): I wasn’t sure what to expect with this name. Would it smell like peppermint? But it is my favorite bath bomb ever! It has a floral scent and the water is sparkly turquoise. It is relaxing and beautiful. I recommend picking it up! The ingredients include ylang ylang, everlasting flower absolute, and tagetes oils.
Deep Sleep ($7.95): I really screwed this one up. It came wrapped in a muslin cloth, which I thought was interesting. I took it off and dropped it in the tub and immediately realized my mistake. It needed the biodegradable muslin cloth to contain the countless lavender flowers that came out of the bath bomb as it dissolved. It smelled amazing, and it was relaxing with its lavender oil and lavender absolute, but I made a mess. Keep the cloth on and you’ll love it. The water turns a pretty purple but there’s no much of a bath show as with some bath bombs.

So White ($6.75): This is a nice bath bomb if you don’t want a mess and you like crisp, fresh scents, thanks to its blend of soy milk, orange oil and rose absolute. The water does get super white and its scent lingers. It’s relaxing. There’s no color or much of show other than super white bath foam. I wouldn’t get this again, though, because I like more color.
That’s all for now! I have tried others but I didn’t document my thoughts. Have you tried any Lush bath bombs? Which are your favorites?
