You may choose to get involved with charities or political causes that align with your views and aim to do the right thing.
It can be so life-changing for you if you practice more gratitude. The more you focus on the things that you have in your life that you’re grateful for, the happier you feel. When you feel more content, it can help you to focus on what you want to achieve in your life and the good you want to do. Being grateful can pull us out of funks and remind us where we can do more good in the world.

Finally, looking after yourself actually helps you to live a good life and be the best you can. Your mindset is just one part.
