One aspect of blogging in which I need to improve is making more Pins to share on Pinterest. That’s why I was excited to hear about the new Tailwind Create, which makes high-quality pins quickly and allows you to streamline your Pinterest marketing. You can create different pins with Tailwind Create with different text that appeal to different audiences who might be interested in the same blog post you created.
Pinterest is one of the main drivers of my traffic as well as sales to my Etsy shop, and I use Tailwind to schedule all of my Pins. One of my favorite things about Tailwind is that I can plan out a week’s worth of content in one sitting, and Tailwind will publish my Pins at the best times for my audience. With Tailwind Create, I can now create, schedule, publish, and analyze my Pins all in one place!

To create a pin, I simply add my link, Pin title and upload an image I want to use. I can also search for stock image using the search tool just below that. I was able to find a free image from Unsplash on my first try making a pin that was perfect for what I was doing. I can combine my own images with stock images in the same Pin design, if I choose.

Then a bunch of designs pop up with my designated brand colors and some without. What I love is that some of the designs are more creative than I would be on my own. All of the designs are optimized specifically for Pinterest and customized for my brand. They also include the brand fonts I set, but these can be edited, too.
I chose my favorite design after editing the font and it was then ready to schedule on Tailwind and add to my Tribes. I could also download the image to insert into this blog post. I just had to add my Tailwind description and choose which boards I wanted to add the Pin to. I also added the Pins to my Tailwind Tribes. Super easy and quick. I used it to create the pins for this post as well!
Here’s what I love about Tailwind Create:
- You can choose from hundreds of variations, personalize, and schedule 1-2 of your favorites in just a few seconds.
- It automatically applies your brand preferences, but you can always switch it up with different styles and fonts.
- Everything happens in one place, so you never have to download, upload, or organize your files. It is so fast.
Tailwind Create is inspiring me to use Tailwind more for my Etsy, because I previously was focusing on my blog. Try Tailwind Create by joining the beta by requesting early access here and using the code “CREATEPARTNER2020” on the last question of the survey. If you don’t have Tailwind yet, create an account with my referral link!
While Tailwind Create has a separate cost from Tailwind’s membership, it saves time in create and scheduling in one place, so it may be worth it to many business owners and bloggers. The price may also change after its public launch. If you’re not using Pinterest because it’s too much work, think again! Try Tailwind Create.
